Daphne Impianti offers a wide range of painting robots, providing high-tech and highly efficient models designed to meet a variety of application requirements.
SPRAY TECH ONE P
Primarily designed for painting doors and panels, it can paint two doors simultaneously on both sides thanks to a dual conveyor system and an automatic workpiece rotation device. The door dimensions are automatically detected by a laser photocell barrier and transmitted to the control system, which manages the painting cycle through a wide range of configurable parameters. Without the rotation device, this robot can also be used for painting panels, profiles and similar workpieces. For door loading and unloading operations, a motorized trolley with electrically powered height adjustment can be supplied and operated manually by an operator.
This model represents the evolution of our panel painting robot and has been specifically developed for direct high-gloss finishing of workpieces with more complex geometries, edges and shaped profiles. The machine is equipped with two separate and independent conveyors, which can also move synchronously to process longer workpieces. The support surface uses a disposable paper film that ensures perfect adhesion of the workpiece while preventing overspray from depositing on the side in contact with the support surface. The paper is advanced by means of a pneumatic foot pedal operated by the operator and is collected on dedicated reels located beneath the support surface. The two independent conveyors optimize production and eliminate downtime: while the operator unloads the painted workpieces from the first conveyor and loads new pieces, the workpieces on the second conveyor are being painted within the robot’s working area. The panels are automatically scanned by four high-resolution cameras, which detect the position and dimensions of the loaded workpieces. Each conveyor is also equipped with LED backlighting, creating the necessary contrast to define the workpiece profile and improve detection accuracy. The system includes four lamps, two potentiometers for brightness adjustment and a dedicated PC for managing and programming the production cycle. The robotic arm is designed to accommodate two spray guns.
